Story

The first Sunday

He made toast without a prompt. That is the whole story, and also not — because for years toast was a flashpoint. The plan named the sensory piece. Staff actually used it.

What changed

Not a miracle. A rota that stayed the same for three weeks, and a coordinator who called us before we called them.
