The first Sunday
He made toast without a prompt. That is the whole story, and also not — because for years toast was a flashpoint. The plan named the sensory piece. Staff actually used it.
What changed
Not a miracle. A rota that stayed the same for three weeks, and a coordinator who called us before we called them.
