Home/About
A local organisation built around people, not programmes
Our founding story, the DDA work we do, and the people accountable for it.
Founding story
We started as a small supported-living group that refused to treat people as bed numbers. Families asked for ordinary homes, named staff, and someone who would pick up the phone. That is still the brief.
Today we run living, autism, and community programmes under the same promise: support should feel personal, and the organisation behind it should be easy to inspect.
DDA programme
We deliver services under the Disability Discrimination Act framework and related state licensing. Our DDA programme covers supported and assisted living, specialist autism support, and community development activity that is reportable to funders and inspectors.
Policies, incident reporting, and staff credentials sit in our document portal. Public visitors can see licences below; auditors and staff use the secure portal for the underlying files.
